Purpose

Modernity, fashion, food, culture, and comfort are the hallmarks of Panorama Shopping and Leisure Centre. Our task is to find colorful and authentic names that naturally represent Panorama’s uniqueness in brand ambassador communication.

Solution

Looking for the best person to reflect Panorama’s strengths, we brought together a quartet of ambassadors—stylists and content creators Santa Mišenytė and Ieva Swan, presenter and entrepreneur Laura Mazalienė, and Another Bite food agency manager Eglė Tranaitė. They are professionals in their fields, but at the same time— women looking for a convenient place to shop and spend their free time.

The organic approach was the cornerstone of the ambassadorship—during the seven months, the content creators offered their followers stylish personal recommendations, shared gift ideas for the whole family, presented the Gourmet Panorama gems, and offered suggestions on how to stay active in the shopping center.

Result

One of the most important aspects of the ambassadorship program was the freedom to share recommendations that are relevant and important to the ambassador herself. We have seen this in the content of the influencers as well. Over the whole period, the ambassadors have created as many as 107 pieces of content together, have been involved in various campaigns, and have found their favorite stores, which, even after the ambassadorship has ended, keep them coming back to Panorama to share organic content.
