Purpose

Don’t be fooled—the days of the employer choosing the employee are long gone. In a rapidly evolving market, it has become crucial for an employer to position itself well, stand out, and attract the attention of the real aces. This is the task the Apranga Group had given us.

Solution

When thinking about open positions at Apranga Group, we considered what kind of person would choose them. We all agreed that this person loves fashion, is personable, has energy, and knows what they are doing. These are also the traits of Inidė Jasnauskaitė, the influencer who became the face of the campaign.

It was important for us to show the diversity of our work positions, so we came up with the idea of creating different characters. Inidė, who is Jolanta, Gabrielė, Kristina, and Sandra, presented the superpowers of the Apranga Group team—from juggling measuring booth numbers to keeping the shop floor in perfect order.

For communication, we opted for an intensive set of Reels, Instagram post, and story formats. This kept viewers engaged throughout the week, constantly reminding them of open positions and encouraging followers to apply.

Result

The creative content has been particularly visible on social media. Even industry experts and other content creators have commented on this integration. The non-traditional format of the job advert was so successful that Inidė’s content was later adapted for the Estonian audience.
