No one can present a brand better than the people who work with it day in and day out. Company employees can become true ambassadors with the right communication tools and opportunities. BIOK LAB had already found its ambassador Gintarė, so all we had to do was to prepare a strategy and create the tools to enable Gintarė’s communication.
BIOK LAB invited us to meet Gintarė Mykolaitienė, an expert in cosmetics production, touching many BIOK LAB products every day.
Gintarė has many years of experience in cosmetics production and has a lot to tell BIOK LAB’s target audience. In addition, Gintarė is very charismatic, active, and an excellent educator, so she meets all the criteria of an internal ambassador.
After getting to know Gintarė, we realized that her lifestyle is very close to the company’s values, so we tried to balance work and leisure communication in our strategy. In this strategy, we also shaped Gintarė’s positioning in the public space, presented tactics for growing the account, and attracting an audience, providing a possible communication grid and a visual identity for the account with easy-to-use templates.
As the project continues, we are advising Gintarė on issues that arise, providing insights and recommendations for further communication.
