Purpose

Long queues in state-owned companies are folklore. Regitra has decided that it is time to break the stereotype. It has offered customers a new way— online replacement of driving licences without any queues. Our task is to inform as many drivers as possible about this more efficient and simpler service.

Solution

The message spread quickly. Five influencers with driving licenses shared the benefits of the new service in different content formats on various social media platforms. The video “Driving exam” by Mantas Bartuševičius was the centerpiece of the awareness campaign.

In the video, the famous comedian arrives at the physical branch of Regitra and, instead of changing his driving license, goes to take the driving test again. The success of the integration was greatly aided by a real Regitra employee— instructor Aidas—who examined Mantas in the almost 14-minute video.

Result

The campaign’s results were not only in line with our forecast but far exceeded it. Moreover, Regitra’s message spread beyond social networks—Mantas Bartuševičius’s video got the attention of 15min.lt online news portal.

The audience shared positive comments about Regitra’s efforts to inform drivers about the changes in a modern, innovative, and humorous way. This is also reflected in the figures—to date, Mantas Bartuševicius’s video has been viewed almost 1.5 million times on Youtube.
