UAB Nuomonės lyderiai (further referred to as ’Nuomonės lyderiai’) is the controller of the personal data processed by this company, which ensures that personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements for the protection of personal data applicable to data controllers.

3. What personal data does “Nuomonės lyderiai” collect and how do we process it?
• Customer personal data in the context of service contracts
“Nuomonės lyderiai” provides its Clients with the services of organizing advertising campaigns for influencers and mediating in the ordering of advertising for the Client’s products or services. To provide and administer the remunerated services, Nuomonės lyderiai processes the following personal data: personal contact details (name, title, email, and phone number), other data provided by the individual that may contain personal data (for example, correspondence with the Client), as well as data that Nuomonės lyderiai will collect from other sources in the course of the provision of services.
Clients’ personal data for the purposes of the provision and administration of remunerated services shall be retained for a period of 10 (ten) years and for a period ending on the 31st of January following the end of your last assignment with Nuomonės lyderiai, unless a longer retention period for such personal data is prescribed by law and/or other legal acts.
• Personal data of influencers for the purpose of drawing up lists of potential service requests
To select the most suitable influencers for the implementation of the Client’s advertising campaigns, Nuomonės lyderiai compiles lists of influencers according to the Client’s needs, which include information about influencers available on social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.) and in social media analytics tools.
When compiling lists of influencers, Nuomonės lyderiai may collect the following publicly available personal data (name, activity, age, photographs, videos) and other non-personal information (number of followers, audience insights, results of posts, etc.). Nuomonės lyderiai informs influencers or their representatives about the collection of personal data and other related information by means of social media messages or the influencers’ contacts provided in social media.
The personal data and other relevant information of influencers are stored for as long as it may be relevant to our Customers. This data shall be updated each time an influencer is proposed to a Client, provided that more than two (2) months have passed since the last update of the influencer’s personal data.
• The contact details of the influencer for the purposes of organising the Customer’s product delivery services
When organising campaigns to present the Client’s product to influencers, Nuomonės lyderiai processes the personal data necessary to present the product to the influencer (name, surname, address, telephone number). This personal data may be stored in the systems of the legal entities providing the delivery services.
Nuomonės lyderiai processes the contact personal data of the influencer on the basis of the influencer’s consent or on the basis of a service contract.
This personal data is retained for as long as it may be relevant to a Client of Nuomonės lyderiai. This data shall be updated each time an influencer is proposed to a Client, provided that more than two (2) months have elapsed since the last update of the influencer’s personal data.
• Personal data of influencers when concluding or administering service contracts
If the influencer’s social media activity meets the Client’s needs, Nuomonės lyderiai may approach influencers to commission and contract for remunerated services.
To conclude and administer contracts for remunerated services, Nuomonės lyderiai will process the following personal data of the influencer: the contact details of the person (name, surname, personal identification number, address of registration or place of residence, e-mail address and phone number, individual activity or business certificate number, bank account number) and other personal data (for example, correspondence with the influencer), data that Nuomonės lyderiai will collect from the influencer or other sources during the period of provision of services.
The personal data of influencers shall be retained for the purposes of commissioning and administering the remunerated services for a period of ten (10) years and for a period ending on the 31 January following the full implementation of the contract, except where a longer retention period is provided for by law and/or other legal acts.
• Personal data of influencers when publicizing the services of Nuomonės lyderiai
For the purposes of advertising the services provided by Nuomonės lyderiai, we process the following personal data of influencers (name, surname, nickname, photographs, videos, or other content created by the influencers which may contain personal data).
The above-mentioned personal data may be used by Nuomonės lyderiai for the purpose of advertising the services of Nuomonės lyderiai, including, but not limited to, on the website www.influenceriai.lt, presenting the results of the implemented advertising projects, as well as in the course of events (conferences, seminars), or in the course of presenting the implemented projects to Clients or potential Clients.
Nuomonės lyderiai processes the above personal data used for the purposes of advertising the services on the basis of the consent of the influencer or on the basis of a service contract.
This personal data and other relevant information are kept for as long as it may be relevant for the promotion of Nuomonės lyderiai services.
• Personal data of job candidates when applying for a job vacancy
For the purpose of administering the database of job applicants, Nuomonės lyderiai processes the following personal data: the data provided in the CV: name, surname, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, links to personal social networking accounts, work experience, skills, and any other information provided in the CV, recommendation and/or cover letter. In addition to the information contained in the CV, Nuomonės lyderiai also manages responses to questions or tasks.
We undertake to delete and/or destroy the personal data of job applicants after the end of the selection process within 3 (three) months and the period until the last day of the month following the conclusion of the employment contract, or within 5 (five) working days if you have not given your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data after the end of the selection process.
• Employees’ personal data for the purposes of concluding, administering, and performing an employment contract
For the purpose of administering the employee database and concluding the employment contract, Nuomonės lyderiai processes the following personal data: name, surname, personal identification number, date of birth, copy of ID card or passport, social security number, personal bank account number, residential address, email address, phone number, documents confirming education, photo, personal health check booklet.
The personal data referred to above shall be retained for the purposes of concluding and administering the contract of employment for a period of 10 (ten) years and until 31 January following the end of the contract of employment, except where a longer retention period is provided for by law and/or other legal acts.
The personal data of staff members contained in the texts of documents (contracts, orders, requests, etc.) shall be stored in accordance with the time limits specified in the Index of General Document Retention Time Limits approved by the Order of the Lithuanian Chief Archivist.
Other personal data that are not specified in the contract of employment and that do not relate to the performance of the work or the results of the work shall be erased and/or destroyed within three (3) months and up to the last day of the month following the termination of the contract.
• Personal contact data for direct marketing purposes
In order to inform you about news and other information about the services, offers, events, etc., Nuomonės lyderiai processes your personal data (name, surname, job title, email address) for direct marketing purposes.
Nuomonės lyderiai processes your contact personal data on the basis of legitimate interest and/or your consent. We process this data if, by entering into a service contract with Nuomonės lyderiai, you have expressly consented to receive direct marketing communications.
Each time a direct marketing message is sent, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of direct marketing messages by notifying us by the specified email address or by the other means set out in this Policy.
Subject to your consent, Nuomonės lyderiai will retain your personal data for 5 (five) years after receiving your consent and for the period until the following 31 January. In the event that Nuomonės lyderiai processes your personal data for direct marketing purposes on the basis of a legitimate interest, your personal data will be retained for the duration of the contract for the provision of remunerated services.

In order to ensure the safety of people and property, the building where Nuomonės lyderiai is located at Žygio st. 97A, LT-08236 Vilnius, is subject to video surveillance and video surveillance data is processed – your image.
The controller of this data is SUTNTIB INVL Baltic Real Estate. This data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest. The controller shall determine the policy for processing these personal data.
